 Junip are gearing up for their fall tour and are eager to see you out and about at their shows! First, check out the NEW video for their single “Walking Lightly” here.  “Walking Lightly” was directed by Fredrik Egerstrand who you might recognize from his documentary The Extraordinary Ordinary Life of José González. Beautiful and simple, the video let’s the band’s beautiful melodies and José’s vocals shine through without any interruptions.

As RollingStone commented in their album review of their self-titled sophomore record released earlier this year “Sweden-based indie-folk auteur José González can massage your worried mind like Cat Stevens. If news of a new single didn’t get you excited we know that Junip’s upcoming North American Fall tour will! Junip head out on a 13 city tour commencing in Austin with the band’s first appearance at Austin City Limits on Saturday, October 5^th and wrap up their two week run on Sunday October 20^th in Los Angeles with stops in San Francisco, New York, Salt Lake City, Denver, Atlanta and Baltimore. Junip is Gothenburg, Sweden-based rock trio consisting of Elias Araya (drums), José González (guitar, vocals), and Tobias Winterkorn (organ, moog). Junip released their sophomore, self-titled album on April 23^rd, 2013 via Mute.
